FITBIZ was started as a resource for small businesses.   A resource for business owners who have realized that their business would grow faster if they could outsource some of the dreaded tasks that keep the owners from working on the growth areas of their business.  Owners who realize that hiring employees to take on some of these tasks is often cost prohibitive and also outside your area of expertise to be able to effectively manage.  FITBIZ exists to alleviate the stresses brought on by tasks such as bookkeeping, payroll, paying bills, collecting money and website creation and maintenance.  We exist to help make your business more FIT.

About the founder:
Doug Ralston

Quickbooks Pro-Advisor.  Full cycle book keeper for small businesses in several states.  Acting CFO for multiple small businesses.

Bachelors of Science degree.  Worked for over 15 years with four Fortune 500 companies.   Duties that included being responsible for departmental budget and budget adherence, cost accounting, and reporting.  Direct responsibility for working with company CPAs and CFOs to determine and implement budgets.

Proficient in full cycle bookkeeping which includes the areas of general ledger account maintenance and reconciliation, employee setup, Payroll, Quarterly Tax reporting, Annual Tax Reporting, W2, W3, 1099 reporting and filing, and PNL and Balance sheet reporting and analysis.

An experienced liaison with CPAs for annual Returns.

Proficient in Quickbooks Desktop, Quickbooks Online, MS Excel, MS Access,  MS Office Suite and Google Suite.

An experienced wordpress web developer who has created dozens of sites for a wide range of businesses including ecommerce.

As a small business owner with employees, Doug and his team understands the business cycle and accounting requirements and can help other small business owners keep their business FIT.
